Kim Pacheco-Ambrose
Kim Pacheco-Ambrose is one of the Directors of Caribbean Precious Homes Ltd. She has a back ground in Marketing and Real Estate Sales. She has been in the Real estate industry for over 10 years and has an eye for interior design.
Kim has been an active member of her real community for years now, and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate.
With a passion for service in her community, she is ready to help with your homebuying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Caribbean Precious Homes family, Kim carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does.
When Kim isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her children and organizing donations to families in need.

Rodney Ambrose
Rodney Ambrose is one of the Directors of CPH LTD. He has over 23 years of experience in the customer service industry. He believes in quality, customer care and family. Believing that every family should have a home, a place of safety, security, relaxation and filled with love. A pivotal part of any person’s life. Having personaly gone through the process of home ownership, he understands that this endeavour can be very tedious.
Owning and maintaining your investment, is necessary and important, and we wish to be given the opportunity to take the journey alongside you.
Rennie Ambrose
Rennie Ambrose is the General Manager of the Construction division for Caribbean Precious Homes Ltd. His 18 years in the Telecommunications Industry has given him the knowledge and experience to manage projects to achieve company goals. Providing quality customer service is his main focus. Now his passion is helping people visualize their dream home. Roger believes that a home should have purpose and character. Creating such a space is his specialty. His motto is “do it right”.
Sheron Avionne Frederick-Ambrose
Sheron Avionne Frederick-Ambrose has almost eight years experience in the FMCG manufacturing sector. She has worked across the fields of product development, quality assurance and control, and administration in her role as a Chemist. She has supervised, trained, and audited personnel and processes as she believes in the power of quality and she has a passion for people and teamwork. She holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree with honors from The University of the West Indies in double majors Chemistry and Biochemistry. She is currently certified in quality management, quality assurance in laboratory processes, and pursuing programmes in inventory and project management. She is also a certified CPR & First Aider. Her life long motto has always been dedication to God and guaranteed quality and results at the end of the day. She considers herself a problem solver and critical thinker. She loves old movies and reading mystery and romance novels.
Cathy Ann Andrews
Ms. Cathy Ann Andrews is an Administrative assistant who has provided thirty years of clerical support services duties, seventeen of which was at Ansa Motors a subsidiary of Ansa Mcal. She performed on board training to the Telephone/Front desk Receptionist. She is a mother of a teenager, she loves reading novels, meeting new people and she is an avid foodie.
